It's the responsibility of a civilized society to nurture its young to adulthood armed with education and health sufficient to express his/her potential in life according to his/her effort and realtor. On the other side of life, is the responsibility of a civilized society to provide a soft landing towards the end of life, for the elderly and the infirmed.
