COMMUNITY

  • right to security of property (home and possessions)
  • right to family autonomy on personal property (except where conflict exists with higher common law)
  • right to buy, sell, gift, bequeath and inherit property (real estate, goods, data)
  • right to an equal vote in community, Canton, Federal and any other referendum
  • right to involvement with community including by-laws

CANTON

  • right to bear arms
  • right to make and reasonably enforce local law on personal property (except where conflict exists with higher common law)
  • right to civil trial by jury of independent expert
  • right to baseline 'fundamental human rights' at all times including in prison
  • right to refuse taxation and denote taxation for specifics
  • right to taxation transparency (e.g. itemized receipt for taxation spending of tax contribution)
  • right to universal basic healthcare
  • right to infirmity provisions for sick, old and needy
  • right to universal lifeskills training (optional)
